As some of you are aware, there have been recent safety issues that Union Pacific has chosen to disregard. It is critical that we hold the company accountable and take action to ensure the well-being of everyone on the job. If you witness any safety violations or hazards, we urge you to report them immediately to the UPGC and the Safety Hotline:

Additionally, if you experience or observe any unethical behavior by management, it is equally essential to document and report it to the UPGC and the Values Line:

Your reports can make a significant difference in promoting a safer and more ethical workplace for all of us. Together, we can ensure that our concerns are addressed and that the company's actions reflect its stated commitment to safety and integrity. The Carrier continues to cut jobs putting pressure on all of us and we should not be put in unsafe situations or be treated unethically as a result of the Carriers actions.
